四、项目投资及效益估算：项目总投资为8800万元，其中“双低菜籽绿色食品营养保健油及高蛋白菜籽”扩建工程项目全部建成后全年可实现销售收入5.96亿元，利税4000万元。
五、项目状态及合作建议：现有年加工15万吨植物油料生产线和2万吨高级烹调油生产线。合作建议：合资、合作、独资以及内资企业投入皆可。

Project Name: Jiahui deep processing industrial park for agricultural byproduct

Project Content and Scale: This project includes three sub-projects: (1) Make use of silkworm chrysalis to produce chrysalis albumen powder, chrysalis oil, chrysalis chitin, chrysalis polysaccharid etc. This project use high efficient abruption technique of biochemical engineering, can yearly produce 1,000 tons chrysalis albumen powder (content 85%), 800 tons refined chrysalis oil, 1,000 tons chrysalis chitin. The total amount of investment is 8 million yuan. (2) Egg ware deeply processing project. In the first period, the project is expected to yearly produce 10,000 tons egg liquids, 3,000 tons egg powders. The amount of investment will be 20 million yuan; In the second period, cooperation is expected to develop the new production of egg film, calcium tonic, yolk ethereal oil...etc. (3) "Double low rapeseed green food nourishment health care oil and the high albumen rapeseed " extension engineering. In the first period, 100,000 tons "the double low" rapeseed is processed per year. The amount of investment will be 30 million yuan; In the second period, effort will be made to yearly produce 200 tons bioactive material, 2,200 tons low polysaccharide and 6,000 tons edible fibre. The amount of investment will be 30 million yuan.
Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: The total investments will be 88 million yuan. After the extension engineering of “double low rapeseed green food nourishment health care oil and high protein rapeseed" accomplished, it can carry out sales of 596 milliom yuan, and the benefit (contain tax) will reach 40 million yuan.
Current Situation and Cooperation: Existing two production lines, one can processes 150,000 tons plant oils, the other can refine 20,000 tons high class cook oil. Suggested Cooperation Mode: Joint venture, cooperation, individual proprietorship.
