Project Name: The third time processing of laver
Project Site: Haian County, Jiangsu Province
Project Content and Scale: To newly setup the third time process line of laver, and establish deliver centers, aimed at producing 30,000-50,000 boxes of seasoning laver.
Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: This project totally invests 150 million yuan (can be divided into several periods), will increase sales up to 350 million yuan, creating the benefit (include tax) 80 million yuan. The investment will be reclaimed in 2.5 years.
Current Situation and Cooperation: The supply of the production always falls short of demand. Lao Ba Gang town owns abundant ocean resources, is the best base of the strip-speckle laver farming in our country. The farming scale has reach 1/6 of the whole farming area in our country, and has 1/5 of total yields in our country. Currently, it owns 35 sets of the first time processing machines, and 5 sets of the second time processing lines of laver. It owns the world’s biggest laver seedling base of near 20,000 square meters. The sea farming area is 3,333 hectares. It yearly produces dry laver more than 100,000 boxes.
