Project Name: The yearly producing 20 tons high purity lecithin project
Project Site: Haian County, Jiangsu Province
Project Content and Scale: Take fresh egg as a raw material with the supercritical CO2 extraction method, to clean out the cholesterol, glycerol and livetin, lastly get the main product high purity lecithin 20 tons and the by-products such as albumen powder 100 tons, yolk oil 50 tons, livetin 120 tons, the eggshell powder 100 tons.
Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: The total investment is $6.65 million including the fixed assets $6.05 million and floating capital $600,000. As the import price lecithin $265,000-300,000 per ton currently, the yearly sales income will be $6.23 million, the yearly cost budget is $3,221,050, then the yearly profits will be $3,008,950. The investment will be reclaimed in about 2 years; the yearly reclaiming rate is 49.73%.
