四、项目投资与效益估算：项目大约需投入资金1000万元，其中，厂房200万元，屠宰加工设备300万元，冷贮设施150万元，各种辅助设施150万元，流动资金200万元。按每屠宰加工一头生猪盈利50元计算，年可获毛利1500万元。
五、项目状态及合作建议：目前已有一个小规模的屠加工生产线，拟重新新建较大规模的屠宰生产线。合作建议：可以合资亦可独资经营。

Project Content and Scale: To build pig butchering and deeply processing workshop including pig waiting for butchering room, butchering pipelining workshop, pork dividing and packing workshop, pre-cold wareroom, cold wareroom etc. To purchase advanced pig processing pipelining equipments, purchase whole sets of refrigerating machines. To purchase vehicles used for pig collecting, pork delivering. To yearly butcher and process 300,000 pigs, and build up a market sale network system.
Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: The total investment needs about 10 million yuan including constructing workshop 2 million yuan, the butchering and processing equipments 3 million yuan, the cold wareroom and equipments 1.5 million yuan, other facilities 1.5 million yuan, floating capital 2 million yuan. By calculation of slaughtering and processing each pig earns 50 yuan, the yearly gross profit will reach 15 million yuan.
Current Situation and Cooperation: There has been currently a small scale butchering and processing production line. Plan to set up a more large-scale butchering production line. Cooperation mode: joint venture or independent investment.
