Project Name: Expanded construction of Yingjia Park (wild animals domestication farm)
Project Site: Xiayuan Town, Rugao City, Jiangsu Province
Project Content and Scale: The project has a total coverage of 180mu with 160mu for constructing entertainment area and 20mu for constructing dealing and growing area. Specifically: ①40,000 square meters for greenery and gardening; ②20,000 square metes for constructing an artificial hill; ③5,000 square metesr for constructing the wild animals domestication and breeding farm; ④construction of walls, roads, power supplying and distributing facilities and the supporting facilities for pumping station.
Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: The total investment is 6 million yuan with 800,000 yuan spends on greenery woods, 700,000 yuan on artificial hill, 2 million yuan on wild animals domestication farm and 1.5 million yuan goes to reception facilities of entertainment and tourist as well as the office equipments and vehicles. The project will annually breed and domesticate 10,000 wild animals, receive 100,000 tourists and 20,000 venison consumers. The annual operating revenue is expected to be over 50 million yuan, the profit and tax is to be 5 million yuan and the profit is to be 1million yuan. Payback period: six years.
