Capital Requirement and Estimated Benefit: The total investment will be $2 million, among which the investment of plant base will be $0.8 million and workshop and equipment will be $1.2 million. Its annual profit will be $1 million and recovery period will be 2—3years.
Current Situation and Cooperation: Tongzhou City is located in the Yangtze River delta plain with agriculture acreage of 1.13 million mu. Its frost-free period is 220 days. At present, its vegetable acreage is 0.4 million mu, non-pollution vegetable base is 20,000 mu and the output of vegetable is 0.5 million tons. Vegetable plant is a kind of labor-intensive property.
